About Frankie
Frank "Frankie" DiCarlantonio is a young Business Professional that has spent his career in a variety of ventures in the Business, Civic, and Non-Profit Sectors. From directing his family's Foodservice Corporation to administrating Ohio Elections to leading and serving with a variety of non-profit organizations all throughout the Ohio Valley, Frankie is a multi-faceted individual that has proven results across a multitude of organizations and projects.
Business Ventures
From a young age, Frankie has been involved with the operation of his family's Restaurant Business and since rising to take the helms of the business, has developed a multi-faceted, multi-brand, and forward-thinking Foodservice Corporation in the Ohio Valley.

Every year while in operation, the Foodservice Corporation has experienced year over year growth, with the exception of 2020 due to Government-Imposed Regulations.
​
Both Frankie and the Scaffidi Restaurant Group have been recognized by a wide variety of companies and organizations, such as DoorDash, Square, Meraki Go by Cisco, the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, and so many others in the time that it has been in operation.
Business Consulting
Frankie serves as the Principal of DiCar Consulting, a small Business Consulting Operation that consults on a wide array of Business Types, but specializes in businesses in the Foodservice Industry.

Assisting businesses whether they are in the start-up phase, expansion phase, or a rehabilitation phase, Frankie is able to assist in a wide array of tasks including Technology Selection/ Procurement/ Development, Administrative Process Development, Business Operations Development, Profit & Loss Forecasting, and much more.

Radio Host / Media Personality

Each Sunday, Frankie takes to the airwaves as a co-host of his own Italian-American Radio Show, L'Ora Italiana, featured on the River Talk Radio Network. For one hour, Frankie, his co-hosts, and guests, celebrate the Italian-American Culture, Language, Music, and Community each week.
​
Aside from his radio show, Frankie has worked on a variety of Communications Projects with the Media, including Elections Announcements and Promotions, Business Announcements and Commentary, and so much more.

Civic & Community Work
Frankie is involved a wide variety of Civic & Community Organizations, most notably as a Board Member of the Jefferson County Board of Elections. Serving on a team of four, Frankie is one of the youngest Election Administration Officials in the State of Ohio. Appointed by the Ohio Secretary of State, Frankie has assisted in Election Administration through one of the most difficult Elections in Modern History in 2020 due to COVID-19.

Aside from this, Frankie is very involved with other ventures in the Ohio Valley area, including with the Friendship Room/ Center of Hope, Ohio Valley Health Center, Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, and so many more.
Italian-American Activism
Frankie is a proud third-generation Italian-American, with his grandparents immigrating to the United States in the 1950's. Frankie fondly remembers his Grandfather and namesake telling him, "Work hard and never forget where you came from."
​
Never forgetting where he came from, Frankie is very active in the Italian-American Community, whether it be through his weekly Italian-American Radio Show, his leadership as President of the Italian American Cultural Club of Steubenville, his seat on the Board of Directors of the Undo's Upper Ohio Valley Italian Heritage Festival, and so much more.
​
Through organizations that Frankie either leads or is affiliated with an Italian-American mission, a total of 21 scholarships to students furthering their education are given each and every year as well as over 100 children educated through youth programs in the Italian-American Culture, Language, and History.
